"<p>They came on the appointed day and power washed one of our rent houses.  It was quite moldy on the north side and the front gutter looked pretty nasty.  They did a fine job and our tenant thought the house looked brand new.</p> <p>They were also supposed to clean out the gutter and blow the leaves off the roof where they accumulate in a valley.  They forgot to do this so I called and they agreed they forgot.  A week or so later I got an email that they had done this work.  I went by to check and it looked very good.  </p> <p>I was very happy with the work done and my tenant was also happy.  I will use them next time I need power washing done.</p> <br />"

It took a little time to get them out to give an estimate and to get the project launched but they recommended that we paint the house with a semi-gloss, I guess, maybe even a gloss and I had painted it before with a flat, I was initially kind of concerned about that but I like the way that it looks, I think they did a very good job. After it was over, they came and did a walk through inspection and we noticed 1 or 2 things and they came back right away and attended to those so I would be happy to recommend them."
