"Mike from Roto Rooter came on schedule and within a couple of hours had the pipe cleared. We used someone else back in the spring when we first had this problem and then it backed into our house and busted the old pipes in our basement. They replaced the pipes and said the clog was cleared. Mike was pulling out the same stuff the first guys pulled out. The first guys just cleared what they had to and did not fully clear the clog. <br />"

So like the heat pump they were selling, even though it had a different brand name, it was the same one as another company. When you really investigate this and everything. This is how I know, their bids came in the same and it was more scheduling thing There was a slight difference in their configuration, and the other company could do it a little bit sooner. I mean really, PBCI, I would have felt 100% going with them also. The bid was about the same, it was a bid for a job that was $15,000.00."

He also knew about the local situation with other contractors and was very frank about his business and others he had heard of. I felt confident he was being completely truthful, as we are new to the area and had a hard time finding a good plumber. When he came for the installation he was on time and communicative. The install looks perfect, the plumbing and valves were exactly as I wanted and how we had discussed them, and he was clean and left the area as clean as it was before. <br /> A few days later a circuit break for the water heater failed, and he would not come to replace it, as he was primarily a plumber and not an electrician. I found that slightly odd as electric water appliances he deals with clearly sometimes must be serviced by him. So I had to call a different contractor. <br />"
