"They Coat Concrete Floors with Epoxy or Hybrid Polymer! Their warranty is great! Their workers are hard workers that do such an awesome and amazing job. They call back, show up on time and let you know what theyâ  re doing along the way. Iâ  m very happy with their service and response! I took pics hoping to be able to add them here from beginning to end, I donâ  t see where to do that here so Iâ  ll reach out to the owner so you can see their work ethic as well as the attention to detail. "MD Masonry did a great job. The original stucco was not installed correctly and it did not have a good foundation around the dormers and other second story locations. MD Masonry removed the old stucco and proposed a new foundation that would work on the second floor and would be much better than the previous Styrofoam system. They installed the cement board, base coat and worked to provide an extremely close match for the existing stucco color. The owner did a very good job communicating any changes or concerns ahead of time. The estimate was accurate and the work was completed very close to the original schedule. The second part of the job was completed ahead of schedule. I was pleased with MD Masonry and would recommend them and will use them again should I need more stucco work."
