"I was able to get in touch with Steve within a day of referral. He conducted an inspection on October 17, 2018. He determined that he had to remove the vinyl siding, the post vinyl siding, and roof shingles on the back left corner by the low slope roof. He returned on October 24, 2018 and discovered that the corner was not properly flashed.
