"Contacted MR Brazell & described carport's deteriorating condition. Within 24-hours MR Brazell arrived & provided an on scene eval of the structure + cost estimate for repair. The next day work was begun. Both sides of the roof's overhang were cleaned & reattached. Vinyl tiles were replaced as necessary. Rotting wood was removed from the weather side of the carport & replaced with new treated planking. A drip cap was installed along the lower edge of the entire roof to prevent further weather/moisture damage. The project's cost estimate/completion date was 100% accurate.
