"We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

He was on-site during the removal and installation process making several trips to secure insulation and plywood decking which they found missing on the structure once the existing roof was removed. "A lot of the project went well.  The carpenters were excellent and well worth the price.  I couldn't be happier with the tile job Mitch did!  I will tell you that over the course of this project, there were a total of 6 carpenters, 2 at a time that came and went, either quit or were fired.  ALL of the carpenters were far superior to the painter.   I am having paint and stain come off of wood in both interior and exterior areas.  Before the project was over I noticed stain was thin and missing from boards on the deck.  The painter gave me a gallon of the stain so I CAN FIX IT MYSELF!  I know I shouldn't have paid for this job, but like I said, I was ready for them to be gone. "
