I heard from him within minutes of submitting a request for a quote, and he was out the next day to assess the damage. I had a fair quote the following day that included (separately at my request) pricing for just the drywall and insulation, and a price that included painting. He helped me match the paint color in my rooms better than I could have done on my own, and made helpful suggestions that helped me in the improvement projects I’d chosen to take on myself. "Walter Is very knowledgeable, patched several spots from water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom ceiling. After he was finished, it blended in with the existing drywall. Before it was painted, you could not see where the patch was. After painting was completed you never know there was a problem on the ceilings. "It was a great experience with these guys Humberto and the guys did an amazing job , They did the entire drywall on my house we had a water leak throughout and it was disaster he replaced 39 sheets and taped them , he did all of the texture involved in it and prime and paint . "Bluestar construction was originally hired to do the restoration in our condo due to water damage in our unit and others on our floor. We were so impressed we hired them to also paint other locations in the unit as well as to do the composite flooring in the entire condo, including labor intensive removal and disposal of tile. When finished with each project, the cleanup was absolutely spotless. To top it off, their communication was on point! This company is an absolute gem."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
