"Platinum We are happy and thoroughly satisfied with Platinums (Tim) kitchen renovation on a tight budget. Tim arrived politely early, managed time diligently, is experienced, cleaned up each day and the price was the price quoted. Our kitchen looks fantastic, With his help, our 1970s kitchen is now modern with no gut job required. We have saved a considerable amount of money and did not have to purchase a $15,000+ new kitchen! The custom grey, hint of sparkle, marble look quartz counter-top is unbelievably beautiful. We received other estimates from other contractors that were double or more the price for the same work! Thank you Tim! You are a keeper. Maria L"

"I signed up contract on 09/13/2026 to start work for Kitchen remodeling on 10/01/2026 and Paid deposit of $6000 towards total cost of $12,750.00. He did not started the work on 10/01/2026 and kept delaying the work start date even with numerous phone call. Last week he promised again to start the work on 10/14/2026, when I called today to confirm, he said cannot come on 10/14/2026. He seems like keep delaying and avoiding work. I asked him to drop of Cabinets prior to start of work to give me peace of mind but he did not agree on that. I asked for Refund if he cannot drop the cabinets at my Home but he refused. I am getting feeling that he may leave the work in between and cannot trust him and looking at google review I see people complaning about Quality and timeliness and I do not want to be in situation to keep lookig for contractor if he leaves my Kitchen Half way. So I need your help for full refund at the earliest."

"I highly recommend Loja Renovations & Fine Carpentry LLC! Manuel and Fabian were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. They helped me with several projects in my home, including mounting two TVs, installing a shoe rack, hanging a very heavy mirror, putting up window shades, and installing several shelves. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I especially appreciated was how prompt and reliable they were. They came all the way from Corona, Queens, and arrived ready to get everything done. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. They offer a wide range of renovation and carpentry services, and based on my experience, I would absolutely hire them again for future projects. It’s not always easy to find people who are dependable, skilled, courteous, and take pride in their work, so I’m very glad I found Manuel and Fabian."
