"Miguel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick and to the point which I enjoy as a trait. He explained what was happening and what the issues could have been. Unfortunately, we weren't able to correct the main issue as he replaced one part and the rest of the toilet is new. Seems like the toilet is the problem and needs replaced. I need to think it through before proceeding."

"The owner Anthony, was very professional.No one else was calling me back at 10PM, but Anthony sent me a request and arrived 20 minutes later. He uses the Electric Eal 1 1/2 cable connected to a Milwaukee hammer drill. I have never seen a cable that thick on a drain auger! He also has a double saw blade on the end of the cable.That thing went through like a hot knife through butter! Just make sure to ask him to go from the main all the way to the street. Well, it's been two days now and the drains are flowing well."
