The price was right and the job was completed within two weeks of hiring him. The job was completed in one day. His workers were polite and courteous. "I had a roof replacement, new siding, new gutters and soffits and a new front door and storm door installed. I am very happy with the job that was done. Joe came and gave us the estimate and I chose to use him mainly based on his positive reviews but also because he offered a 50 year roof where other estimates i got were offering 20, one even offered 12 years. Plus, the siding he uses has contoured insulation, so your getting a better product for your money. (I did a lot of googling after we met) His team showed up on time every day, the same guys everyday so they always knew where they left off. They did such a good job and paid attention to detail. They even installed my doorbell and porch light. The guy who did my front door did an amazing job. My old door never closed correctly, you had to put your weight into it. Sean spent 5 hours going over what was available, helping us to pick out the siding and gutters we wanted, making sure they could deal with a couple of special issues concerning our house, taking preliminary pictures and measurements, and explaining the whole process. Tom came to verify the measurements and to make sure all the items involved would work and to discuss the actual procedures for taking down the old siding and gutters and for putting up the new siding and gutters. "Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Mack's work is quality and he stated more than once that he wanted to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I am way beyond happy because I have never contracted with anyone who has been as thorough, nor who worked as quickly as Mack. My porch looks great, my siding is no longer bowed out, and the pressure washing made my twelve year old siding look new.
