"Had a retaining wall extending away from our house with a defective brick cap with failing masonry and bricks falling away left and right. We also had several spots on our brick house where the brick either separated or noticeable masonry cracks were developing. Of the two contractors I considered, Pete came by and took his time to understand the issues, match mortar and to propose long-term fixes (the first contractor just looked over photos and planned to repair what was a poor design). During the job, he gave expert advice on what areas to keep an eye on moving forward (i.e. spots where the home brickwork design could be a problem later). He also noticed a neighbor's brick chimney was actually leaning by 5-10 degrees and advised her to think hard about a repair in the near future, noting an expensive repair was far better than a collapsed chimney. In my case, he removed the existing bricks from the top of the retaining wall, preserved the vast majority of them (removed the attached mortar), poured underneath a new concrete base and reinstalled the brickwork in a way that apart from the mortar (lighter white, but essentially identically to existing) was really hard to distinguish from the rest of the house. He also removed / repaired mortar around multiple cracks around the house. And in one tricky area, he removed the outer half of several bricks (which separated on their own) and cut bricks to replace and re-mortar in a way that was again hard to distinguish from the surrounding brickwork. This was a 2 day job for Pete to complete. While the job was a little expensive, it was well worth the investment to make sure that the repairs would fully reestablish the harmony and attractiveness of our exterior brickwork. I am honestly a DIY kind of homeowner who really dislikes bringing in contractors, but there is no way that I could have done this on my own, at least not without leaving behind a series of eyesores... So if you care about your brickwork's useful life and appearance, or you have a complicated repair job, I highly recommend Pete."

"The repair of the opening in the basement wall was done with an epoxy sealer with a 10 year warranty. They fixed it perfectly, we monitored it during heavy rain storms and no leakage detected. They cleaned up the work area and didn't leave a mess like some do. They were professional. For the sidewalk, they gave us advice on how to repair it and recommended a contractor to do the work. The contractor did it exactly as recommended and fixed it to their specs."

"If Cody is a representation of ALLGOOD as a company, I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic! We have an infant at home (7 weeks) and Cody with ALLGOOD was 100% respectful of that. 5-Star on that aspect alone. Also, it was a bad job to take on (think: sewage drain lines). The job turned into one that was much larger in scope than we initially thought. No delay, they returned the next day and began their repair (they worked into the evenings on the first two nights). It was beyond what we were hoping for. They even corrected issues that were dormant until the initial repairs were made. In other words, after they got 1/2 of the system working properly, and other issues popped up because the first 1/2 was finally working properly and they jumped on those too. Plumbing works like new construction in a 60 year old house!!! Always available by text, cell direct to the crew working your project. This worked for my work schedule perfectly!!! Office staff was awesome too, calls upon scheduling and dispatch. NO WAITING FOR AN ENDLESS OPEN ENDED WINDOW!!! Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but, as a detail oriented person, it was well worth it. Plumbing is something that no one sees or thinks about in a home until it goes wrong, Cody's work added a feeling of security to our system and I am sure will add security and comfort to any prospective future buyer. "It didn't go because I was unsure about timing and our plans. Since our plans are so unsettled at this time, I couldn't make definite plans about anything. It seems like our plans and needs change daily. We are talking about a third person moving in with us, he has pets, we are looking at moving to another home in the area, or out of the area, a town away from here or just staying put.
