"It was perfect! They had to replace butcher block countertops that had been incorrectly installed by another company. They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. "It was quite an involved and messy process. Tom arrived with two of his employees and explained what had to be done. The tiles had to be removed and then the concrete curb had to be trimmed down with some sort of saw to create the pitch. It was a very messy job, creating dust that went everywhere. (Unfortunately, our bathroom doesn't have a window.) Except for a lunch break, the men were there all day. They applied grout and told us to let it dry for a few days. Then Tom returned to apply a sealant which also needed a day or two to dry. Bottom line: Tom and his crew did a great job and water no longer flows under the shower door onto the carpet."
