He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. "Signature Exteriors did a great job. They were prompt in responding to my request through Angie's list. They came out the same week and inspected the roof. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"Team of 3. Efficient, professional, neat, clean. Removed shoes before working in the house, cleaned up everything inside and outside before they left. We had some minor rotting around a couple of the windows which they replaced the wood and then wrapped exterior in aluminum. Caulked and sealed all windows, no gaps anywhere. 1st visit was overview/demo/sales pitch. Measured and counted windows. Gave price, approved payment options. Took about 4 hours. 2nd visit a few days later, measured again, verified work. 3rd visit, install, 3 weeks after 2nd visit. Pay after work completed and satisfied. I can feel the difference when standing next to the large windows, no heat pouring in when standing in full sun in front of windows."

"Excellent. My neighbor had used Troy Fitch (Cornerstone) for his roof and HIGHLY recommended him. I contracted with him to replace my roof, clean the gutters (and make some small repairs), power wash my house and refinish my deck. EVERYTHING was done extremely well and in a prompt time frame. His employees were great, and the communication between the owner (Troy) and the homeowner (me!) went very well.

"I think I got Skyview roofing from Angi’s list. Steve came out walked the roof and thoroughly inspected it before generating a bid and time of work. He gave us a list of completed jobs to visit with the roof colors we were interested in. The only owner we spoke to, sang the praises of Skyview. The house visits allowed us to settle on the roof color. With all this confidence building, we went ahead. The crew leader Craig, and Jera the panel cutter and assistant leader, Elijah and Joe, the Sawyer and installer settled in on the appointed day. They worked together like a well-oiled no-drama machine. They finished on time and within the bid. They overcame a little challenge with a known repair that was part of the job. They took care the landscaping wasn’t threatened and maintained a clean calm worksite. As I took pictures for the review, I realized this was not a simple roof. They just did it; no whining.
