"We had a good experience with this contractor. He did what he said he would do and didn't charge us any more money when he hit a snag. One big snag was he found a spring underground where the septic field was going so he had to build it above ground level or mounded. This was an extra cost of 5-6 thousand dollars that he did not charge us for. All the work was performed well and on time. In some cases we needed to have him show up on last minute notice and he did. He also has close relationships with very key people in the community that made dealing with many of the tasks associated with building a house easier. He also is a builder and gave us many free tips and advise during the project as well as taking an interest in the project visiting the site once in a while to see how things were going."

"The price was good.  We got what we paid for.  They were the least expensive company, but I didn't think the quality was very good.  The foundation on the floors cracked within a couple of months of installing it.  They were not professional.  The owner was very unprofessional in the way that he dealt with me.  We were just not impressed.  The woman in the office was very nice to deal with, though.  The people who came out were very nice, but I just didn't think it was quality work.  We were not happy with them at all.  I regret going with the company that was the cheapest.  When I tried to talk to the owner about the issues that we had they were not very responsive to it."
