During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. He got on the roof, his measurements and estimates were spot on, he provided us with options for shingles, ventilation, and warranties. "Have utilized Kevin’s varied services on a somewhat regular basis over the past few years. During that period, in addition to performing general yard cleanups and smaller tree cutting/trimming tasks, Kevin and his team have installed a sizable stockade fence along the rear perimeter of our property, constructed an enclosed, wood and wire vegetable garden, designed/built a distinctive, multi-use pergola with abutting retaining wall feature in our backyard and handled numerous repairs and enhancements to our outdoor deck, front porch and various doors. He was a good carpenter. He was a great guy. As he gotten older he doesn't go up to ladder anymore, which was okay. The price was $40 per hour."
