"There is no words to extend the gratitude I will for Basement Masters Waterproof. For so many years I have water issues (drainage) on my basement, even after I hire 3 times a contractor to provide me a solution, that contractor inform me that I have to install multiple sump pumps on the basement to resolve this problem however water was still an issue (never resolve). Until I contact Randall Butterfield from Basement Waterproofing. After a few meeting with him, we determine that this is the guy we need to hire. He explain me the pros and cons on we need to consider when you have water issues on the basement. He is very knowledge, reliable and serious about his work. After a few weeks of work the final product was exceeding our expectations. It being 10 months since they finish the work and I have to tell you, there is NO even a drop in our basement. The other part of the project was to build a concrete wall (knee wall) to support one side of the house that foundation was getting weak, the soil under footer was getting erosion by the water getting into the basement and making the footer to collapse, therefore he built a knee wall under the footer to support, and and the end the problem was solved. Thanks much Randall and Crew for the fantastic work you did in our house."
