"The price for the repairs was higher than expected.  Work took less than 1/2 hour and parts couldn't have been much, but I was already on the hook from of the tune-up i purchased. 
Was not very neat when spraying rail and hinges.  Lubricant ran down the door and got all over the floor and was not cleaned up.  Light bulbs were not replaced, this should have been included in the tune-up price since not much was done for the tune-up

"Scheduling is done via text.  Very convenient!  Two female cleaners arrived on time with big smiles, cheerful attitudes and lots of energy.   They worked non stop for two and a half hours... doing wood floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning lampshades and around door handles, above pictures and light switches.  And they really gave my kitchen a heavy duty scrub.  Everything looks and smells great.
