UPDATE - They have reached out to me and are coming to my home on 1/8/15. I will update again after I meet with them.

UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

He went to Home Depot and purchased the bulbs and installed them.  It was worth it, because I was trying desperately to find out what kind of bulb fit the Hood.  Finally, PHX came to the rescue.  Even the store that I bought the hood from gave me the run around for months (Home Depot) telling me that it takes a 60 watt bulb.

"Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly.  This seems to have solved the problem.  As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself.  That's not what I was looking for.  I contacted the provider to fix them.  I'm not sure if this was a communication problem.  I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.

The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. Likewise, the finished room they completed looks like it came with the house. "I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner, Jim, that resulted in me giving him and his company a chance to provide their services. Kevin was the team lead and was very professional and pleasant. He and his team arrived around 9a ready to work. He checked with me to ensure that he understood what I needed, and they proceeded to work. They were finished in about 2.5 hours, and I walked around back to see how the bushes looked. I was pleased with how neatly cut they were and with how well the leaves had been removed from the entire lawn. All three gentlemen respectfully thanked me prior to leaving. I was very pleased and plan to enter into a contract to have Jim and his team take care of my lawn this season."

"We had some issues with arrival time and communication that were frustrating. He had someone call out which I understand can throw the day off but we were juggling work hours to be there and killed several hours waiting for arrival and communication (both the initial time and then the new updated time).  
Once they got there they were professional and installed two lights very quickly and with good quality.  They went above and beyond to hang one light at the right height given the out of the box parts didn't support the proper height.  
We had prepaid for 2 hours and they finished both jobs in 20 minutes (so 40 people minutes!).  I was kicking myself I hadn't had more things planned for them to do but never expected they would be so fast.
