"This outfit is first class from start to finish! The company rep, Jon, came out and spent about 2 hours going over the product choices and installation. Gave me a quote (check around, you won't do better) and even arranged financing. The roofing materials were delivered promptly. The pros came out and installed the roof in one day. It looks great! They also thoroughly cleaned up the property. I am very impressed with the product and the installation. I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone looking to replace or repair a roof. The bottom line is - they are a first class operation that rocks!"

"We had 5 companies come out to quote replacing 3 of our exterior doors. Roland is not a pushy salesman with the must purchase today or the price increases motto. He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others."

"They were prompt and professional in getting to me for an evaluation and cost estimate. It took awhile to get to the job because they're pretty busy. The workers did an excellent job on the roof of the 8'x12' shed, even replacing my weathervane. Everything went smoothly."

"I WANTED ONLY ONE SIDE OF MY HOME REPLACED; THEY ONLY REPLACED COMPLETE HOME SIDINGS."

"Nova did an incredible job framing, drywall, floor leveling and installation, tile work, sound proof insulation, and drop ceiling for my unfinished basement. Isaac was present for all inspections and was very easy to communicate with. Very happy with the work that was done."

"I WANTED ONLY ONE SIDE OF MY HOME REPLACED; THEY ONLY REPLACED COMPLETE HOME SIDINGS."

"I needed a complete exterior redo (roofing, siding, wood wrap and gutters), the services went very, very well and my home looks Brand New! The company is quality oriented, timely, honest and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roofing or siding repaired and/or replaced. TJ, the owner was Johnny on the spot, responded to all my questions, concerns and requests within minutes by phone or text. He went above and beyond customer satisfaction with his personal service. His crew were hard working, precise, respectful and did whatever I asked of them during the repairs. You can't go wrong with this company!!"

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"
