Within a week of signing, we were scheduled for the installation. The roof was scheduled first with the gutters to be installed another day. Franklin s crew came early with the goal of finishing in a day. They were efficient, professional, friendly and very much focused on their work. They cleaned the job site completely. The gutters were scheduled a week later and took two days to install. There were some nails left on the roof and around the surrounding area but the crew came back to clean when we called. Overall, we were happy with our new beautiful roof. We would recommend HCR to anyone in need of a new roof installed. The only thing that we wished we were warned about was that the existing fascia board and soffit that we wanted replaced should have been done first before the installation of the new roof.
