"Overall a disappointing experience. Jill is really nice on email and asks all the right questions-we sent pics of our room from all angles, specific measurements and actual blueprints of the room for her to use in her design. She is good about asking what style you like, and really seems to love what she does. That said, the turnaround time for this was crazy-I didnt get the finalized concept board until April 4 2012. To be fair there was lag time when I was searching for blueprints for her-and she apologized many times for the delays due to the response of the Angies List promotion.
It would have been worth it if the concepts/furnishings she provided wowed me, but we haven't used a single thing that she suggested despite lots of time spent telling her what styles etc we wanted, and she didnt completely address a couple of my primary concerns which were how to utilize the deep shelf space in the room and lighten up the overal area. I got some good ideas from Jill, and I love that her concept ideas come in an email with click through links to the furnishings/colors she suggests-quick satisfaction there!  I am disappointed in this experience overall, and glad it was not a "full price" disappointment.

"Originally hired J Co just for replacing the vinyl in my main bath. In the end hired them to also replace my living room carpet as well. Fast, friendly, and highly knowledgeable staff. "Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.
