"First of all, I would have given zero stars but one is the lowest. I hired Outdoor Personia to install a cupola on my garage roof. I sent a photo of the cupola as requested. I was told the photos have been assessed and was good to go. I paid them $320, which was 1/2 of the installation cost. The contractor that they sent out cut up my base so it was not able to be used. I was notified by Melody and told that I would need to purchase a new base for $90 and may have to pay for a crane to get it on the roof. I told her I was a little confused about needing a crane because the contractor that was installing it, had it on the roof but then removed it. She later replied that I would not need the crane but now the base suddenly increased in price from $90 to $300. Long story short, they butchered my base then tried to get me to purchase a new base and pay for a crane that was absolutely not needed. Absolutely the worst company i have ever done business with. I will be pursuing legal action."

He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. "After receiving several estimates from other companies, I hired Rich because he took the most time to examine my deck, particularly in regard to the types of wood used and how he would specifically approach the project - aspects that other companies glossed over. His thoughtfulness and expertise during the estimate process were present throughout the entire project. In addition, he was punctual, professional, and communicative from start to finish. He even took the time to show my three year old how his tools work and gave me some tips about how I could fix parts of my deck myself! The results of the project itself are fantastic. He rebuilt two flights of deck steps that had begun to rot, replaced a few rotting boards, and installed a new deck post. The work shows care and artistry. Rich also was thorough in his clean up of the debris. I would (and will) hire Rich again for any woodworking projects on my house. I highly recommend him."
