I hesitated to write this post because I don’t want him to get too busy lol but it’s best to share when you find a great contractor so others may benefit so here you go. "They first charged me an outrageous amount to figure out why my door was leaking and didn?t. They sent someone else to look at it. Who did figure out what was wrong . When they did come to fix the door, they did good work, but they charged me an outrageous amount of money to do it. They quoted me as having to rip up my whole deck to replace flashing. But when they came out to do it, they only had to pick up a couple boards .and redo the frame on a door and they charge me an astronomical amount of money. I am not happy. I will not be using them again. "

"I'm glad that I hired Jhonny. He a lot of great reviews so I felt I couldn't go wrong. I had holes in my screens and needed them replaced. One of the screens was in my screen door and the frame wouldn't come out of the door without taking the whole door apart. He replaced that screen while it was still in my door. He did a great job on the door and the window screens. After I called him he came to my house and looked over the work that needed to be done and he gave me a price. I accepted and we agreed upon a time that worked for both of us. After he left I had a question so I sent him a text. He responded promptly. His communication with me was very good and he answered all my questions. When he came to do the work he was a little early but that was fine. The quality of work was outstanding although I felt he was a little pricey. I'm always cautious about who I hire and after the work was done I felt good about my decision to hire him. Jhonny's a good guy and I would hire him again."
