Now that we've used the door many times since the installation, we can attest to its ease of use, especially the dead-bolt safety feature at the door's bottom that operates with an easy touch of a shoe. The quality of windowns from WoW was much better. We did not buy the top grade windowns but think we got a good quality windown. The whole process took 8-10 weeks. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day.
