"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

"Victors home solutions did an awesome job on my replacement!! From Eston coming out for the estimate to Luis the install manager and his crew doing the roof, everything went perfect!! Highly recommend!! Everyone was friendly and helpful!!"

"Excellent Company do your next shingle job. Everyone very people oriented and skilled. They will repair your roof as new!"

"Victorâ s Roofing sent someone who went up into the attic and roof and took videos and photos and shared with us on his computer. This was on July 12th. There was an area of concern and the roofers came out early on July 18. The project was completed in 1 day. (As a side note a neighbor had her roofing done and it took 4 days). The company has a concierge who was our point person. She was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was a project manager who took pictures during the process and came in to see if we had any concerns. We were able to get copies of the photos. Then someone came out and looked over the roof and asked how we felt about the process and outcome. Victorâ s was very thorough and professional. The cost wasnâ t the lowest or highest and had financing available if needed. I would highly recommend Victorâ s Roofing if you want your job done well!"

"From our first contact with Matt and his crew they were extremely helpful and professional. They not only helped us decide on the right shingles for our location but they gave us a very competitive quote. From material deliveries, to dumpster drop off and the workers arrival, everything happened on time as promised. We ended up with a beautiful finished product, installed in a very timely but professional manner and at a price we could afford. We would highly recommend Ridgecon Construction for any of your roofing needs."

"Remove and replace two layer asphalt shingles and replace with up-dated under-layment and new shingles, this was for our 2 1/2 car garage. Everything was left very clean as well!"

"Absolutely 5 stars! From start to finish, this was one of the easiest companies to work with. Getting a quote was quick and hassle-free, and they completed the roofing job exactly when they said they would. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and their communication was great throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the hard work and professionalism. Being a family-owned company makes it even better—you can tell they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Thanks again! 🔥🏠"

Thank you for your interest in Sargent Roofing for your home’s exterior maintenance and upgrades. I am all too familiar with the hesitancy homeowners have when it comes to hiring a contractor to work on their property. The fear of a job being done incorrectly or at an unfair price can cause homeowners to not know where to turn or which contractors they can trust. Worse yet, even referrals from family and neighbors have had disastrous outcomes!\n\nFirst, allow me to put your mind at ease with our customer reviews. I believe reading about your neighbors’ experiences speaks volumes about Sargent Roofing. Second, we offer free, no obligation, no high-pressure estimates so you can have your issue addressed by an expert and not just another salesman. Third, I stand behind Sargent Roofing because my name is on the line!\n\nAs we are a quickly growing company, I strive for excellence at every level of our business operations. From precisely fitted seamless gutters to only using premium gutter guards with rubber soffit protection, you will quickly see we take pride in our work. Please call our office and see how we deliver on our promise.\n\n

After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.

"Great experience- my entire family uses this company for roof replacements. Reliable and quality workmanship in a very timely manner. Highly recommend"
