"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! "Tim and his Team did an amazing job on renovating my porch. Their work was done very professionally, and the changes made was great in preventing my dogs from damaging the screened in porch from the bottom as they had done before the renovation. The vinyl siding around the bottom half of the porch gave the porch a more professional look and protected it. Tim also renovated my kitchen by giving it a modern facelift with the installation of a newly installed Quartz Kitchen Island top in place of the older Granite top. The work overall was done timely. The Porch skirt took a while due to a tree I had to get approval to remove first from my HOA, and the new Island was beautiful and took some additional time at the end, due to important unexpected changes in contractor schedules. I would recommend Legacy Remodeling to my friends for their remodeling projects."

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

"HCR did a great job with replacing our roof. The materials are high quality and the work (removing original roof, laying down new roof and cleaning up) was done efficiently and with great detail. HCR also offers an excellent warranty and was very thorough in explaining options and setting up the work. We would highly recommend!"

"It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
