"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! "Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. "The installation was excellent & was faster than estimated!  The REAL problem was the material.  This contractor INSISTED on using Shaw brand, & I had only heard of them for carpet.  The cost was bordering on outrageous & looking back I should have at least chosen engineered hardwood, if not hardwood....
I have had high-end laminate in the past (Wilson Art) for a MUCH better price/warranty/quality.  Within weeks there was water damage (from an undetected puddle!!!!) that the company had to pay to repair.  Since then (horrible warranty) there have been superficial scratches & deep ones (color/grain--gone!) & an area that "stuck" to a heavy buffet & none are covered for repair!!!  The quality of the laminate is below even the cheapest Pergo!!!
The fact that this contractor was "in bed" with Shaw, made the whole thing a MESS!  Cannot recommend him because of the materials!
