FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. "Rudolph and his team were absolutely fantastic. We had a 1950s basement that needed a full gut job and requested pretty basic finishes (drywall, electrical, vinyl flooring, carpet, paint, woodwork, etc.). They provided a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Rudolph was very transparent with me through the whole process. Our old basement had some framing that was not up to code so we had to make a few adjustments to our workplan and he always thought about the most aesthetically pleasing options. They were respectful, neat, and we are super happy with the finished results. I will absolutely reach out to them for our next remodeling project.
