"The team was very professional; They arrived on-time, as scheduled and were ready to go. Andy, the project lead, carefully checked to make sure he clearly understood our needs. Andy, who was fantastic to work with, was also there throughout the entire project. He made sure we were happy with all aspects of the work being performed. The crew made a noticeable effort to ensure that everything was properly prepared to prevent any damage to the house, plantings, etc. The team was very flexible and took great care to make sure that all work was accomplished in a high quality fashion. If we noticed something that required additional attention (i.e. some water damaged roof sheeting or loose nails), Andy's team replaced the plywood and re-nailed prior to installing the new roof. When the job was complete, the cleanup was performed with an attention to detail. Since the preparation was so thorough, there was no real mess once all the gear, netting and protective coverings were removed. Everything looked as if it had never been disturbed and with the new roof & gutters, it really looks fantastic! We are very pleased with the overall results and attention to detail. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. One real nice customer service touch was that Andy checked in several times each day during the job to make sure everything was to our liking and he made adjustments, as necessary. "Prior to selling my home, I needed to have some small repairs made to the roof. We were on a tight timeline, and Safe Trust appreciated the need to act quickly. Within hours, a very knowledgeable representative, Michael Stone, was at my home. He gave me a fair price to make the repairs, and the work was done well and within just days. After moving into a new home, I encountered some water dripping, at times of heavy rain, from one area of the ceiling below the roof line. Once again, I contacted Safe Trust, and Michael arrived promptly the next day.
