After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. After calling his office, Mr. Cook came out promptly to inspect and advise us. He installed our roof in 2006 during an emergency situation and we were so impressed with his work and professionalism then that we did not hesitate to ask him now (we also tried other companies because there was more on the outside to do but they did not return our calls). Fortunately he found nothing wrong with the roof itself and no water damage, we did need very minor carpentry work (fascia board) and as we had to do exterior painting at the same time, it was decided that the painting company would take care of that.  

However, if the time comes that our roof needs to be replaced we will certainly ask Mr. Cook. We were very satisfied with his 2006 job. They worked very clean, efficient. I had checked his ref. list personally and talked with various homeowners who had their roofs done at various times and the fact that this company stands behind their work, be it 1, 5 or 10 years out was the reason I hired them then and will in the future.

It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"Aram came out to look at the roof and immediately made a repair of the leaks. He took photos and made recommendations. I told him that we'd need a second estimate. Ranch's estimate was less expensive and had an optional repair on a side piece of the roofing that the other firm did not notice. The work was done well with a lot of thoughtfulness concerning the placement of a dumpster given a tight drive way. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years.
