James from Handy Rite determined that it was just the toilet and that we didn’t have to demo and replace our tile shower pan, which was a huge relief!! He got the toilet fixed that day and returned to replace the water damaged insulation and drywall. The job was completed with excellent craftsmanship and the handy rite team was very friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for any home repairs."

"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"I searched for a long time to get a roof replaced and find a contractor I believed would do a good job at a fair price. I finally decided on Sela. They replaced the roof on time and at the price they stated. The job site was cleaned up and the dumpster removed immediately. The very next year I had 6 houses damaged by the hail storm in 2017. I contacted Sela and they walked through all the damage with me and the insurance company. Pat and his crew were most helpful in determining the damages. There were numerous houses that needed roofs, siding, gutters, facia, etc. Sela worked with me in a timely manner to get the repairs done and addressed any concerns I had after the job was completed immediately. I would recommend Sela and use them again."

"Although Lindus was not the lowest bid we received (they were in the middle of the pack) yet because of their excellent ratings on Angie's List we selected them to do the project. Removing 14 double-hung wood windows and two large bay windows (including frames & interior trim), cutting back the exterior siding slightly, replacing with Marvin Infinity fiberglass units (including the two large bay window units) and installing new interior trim was a four day project for the crew of three. The workmen were enjoyable people to be around, they worked as a great team together and the project moved along rapidly, Chris, the supervisor and finish carpenter on the job, did flawless work. The icing on the cake was when their quality control person did an in-person final check a few weeks after completion. He literally spent two hours examining every square inch of the product and their work inside and outside. He found two small errors which will be addressed. It is doggone rare to find a company that takes this kind of pride in their work any more, but Lindus definitely does. Would we recommend them? We already have. With pleasure."
