We were encouraged by reviews that we had read We are disappointed with how he treated our home. Luckily we did a great job choosing the floor & shower tile,, faucets & small accessories to make the end result appealing. Workmanship & attention to safety standards performed by Mike were subpar While renovating our upstairs master bathroom- he left a large hole while working on the shower resulting in having his leg break through our family room ceiling below. We now have issues with that ceiling - I have pictures of this & other unsatisfactory issues. I Would not recommend."

Also, he installed a shed door for us; removing the old door, repairing wood that was in poor condition , as well as caulking & painting trim. All done promptly and efficiently at a fair price. "We had been considering remodeling our thirty-five-year-old bathroom for many years but couldn't find the right contractor. We started combing through Angie's List and stumbled upon V&S Tile & Bath Remodeling in Latham, NY. We read through almost 100 reviews with an average of 4.82/5.00 stars and thought these guys were too good to be true. Not so! They came in here and in 5 days, as promised, remodeled our entire second-floor bathroom at a very fair price. They replaced our tile floor with marble, replaced the vanity, sink, and toilet, and replaced a tired old bathtub with a walk-in shower that looks like it came out of a home design magazine. They also replaced 2 other toilets in our home while they were here. Were they timely? You could set your clock by these guys! They showed up every morning on time, worked non-stop, and cleaned up as they went, not they made much of a mess at all. I did a lot of this type of work in my younger days so I can be a bit judgmental, but I could not find one single issue with the work they did. Sergey was a pleasure to deal with. He answered emails and texts in a timely manner and did not sneak in any extra charges at the end. He gave us exactly what we asked for. His crew, Alex, Eugene, and Slavo (not sure I have the spellings correct) and his father were fantastic, each one a true craftsman. Trust me, I do not know any of these guys nor do I know anyone who knows them, and I am not related to them. This is a straight-up, 100% honest review. Want to remodel your bathroom the right way, at a fair price, and the way you want it? Get Sergey and his crew in there. You won't be disappointed."
