"Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

We hired V&S in 2021 to do a complete bathroom remodel (total gut and brand new everything) and they were amazing so we hired them again for 2022 to do a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen. They removed an entire wall (separating dining room from kitchen) and cut into a load bearing wall (for a pass through). New tile flooring, new cabinets, new electrical, backsplash tile, granite countertops, all new appliances, etc. We were initially told 6-8 weeks but like many other businesses there were delays. Project took 20 weeks. Despite the delays we are so happy with how everything turned out. Each of Sergey's guys are polite, professional and really care about the work that they do. We are loving our new kitchen and highly recommend V&S!!"

"Hired Mike twice. The first time, I needed some new windows put in. He did an excellent job and even vacuumed, AND MOPPED my floors afterwards! While performing the window work, he offered to fix my screen door free of charge; which he noticed would slam back at ya after entering my home and then needed to be lifted up to actually shut it. He happened to already have hinges in his truck and my door worked great afterwards! Although he did not charge for the door, I did give him a tip for an overall great job done. I hired him back a few months later for a custom bathroom remodeling. He was able to completely please my wife, which is nearly UNHEARD of! He performed a custom shower tile remodel, and even created a small nook in the shower where my wife could sit comfortably to shave her legs. No more awkward standing on one foot, and for that, she cried happy tears. Our new bathroom continues to appear seamless; all of the calk blends in real good and no more tiny cracks that are hard to clean, which also brings my wife happy tears! She no longer needs to scrub with a toothbrush to make our bathroom shine. I had originally heard about Mike through word of mouth; he's been doing this type of work since he was 16 years old. I was happy to finally see him advertising online after all these years and made it a priority to leave him the amazing review he deserves. He's a hard worker, and I'm pleased to admit that ever since his very first visit to my home to install windows, we had developed a fast friendship.
