"Called them in the am...the service man (David) called me within literally 2 minutes. He was in the area and said he could be to my house within 15-20 minutes. He showed up exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said they had the part at their warehouse and could likely do the repair later in the day if I called and let him know within the next 30 min or so. I decided to go ahead with the repair and called him shortly after he left. He got the part and returned within maybe 15 minutes. He did the repair and checked everything else out while things were apart. He was done within maybe 30 minutes and my washer seems good as new. David was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I called them at 9:22am (I just checked)...by approx 11 am everything was fixed and I could continue washing our guest sheets (and it probably would have been faster if I approved the repair immediately!).
