"Jessy and his team are hard-working, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. They did so many different projects. Cleaning out the attic: re-routing the wires, installing bathroom fan vents, replacing filthy insulation, installing light. Installing a French drain in a horseshoe pattern going all around the house and out to the street (tested with heavy rain and it works GREAT). Mounted mirrors, medicine cabinets, shelving and it was always level. Repaired the leaking pipes under my house and hooked up water to the refrigerator ice maker. I got price estimates for some of these projects from people like â Attic Specialistsâ and the price from others was double."

"Bill and his crew worked quickly, efficiently and (equally important) cheerfully to get the painting all done in one day, which we greatly appreciated. Even though we were going to get the carpet replaced in a few days and said it didn't need to be protected, they were careful and also good about cleaning up when they were done.
Bill came back the next day to install the baseboards and then had to return a few days later because our new carpet was lower than the old one, leaving a gap between it and the baseboard. He took care of that situation quickly and efficiently, at no extra charge.
We are loving our "new" room and very happy with what was done.

"It went beautifully! After each step Mr. Rizzo informed me of what he was doing. He was very patient with allowing me to stay around and watch and ask questions! I would highly recommend Mr. Rizzo and most definitely from now on, he will be one we call. He was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. You could not find a better handyman.
