"Roy's crew arrived when they were supposed to, removed the old patio, and poured the concrete for both areas which are next to each other. They had to temporarily remove a chain link fence to get the equipment in to remove the concrete. Did the whole job over two days and then replaced the fence and seeded areas of the grass that needed it. The crew and the foreman Joe, worked efficiently and were professional in manner. I would not hesitate to call Roy again if I needed concrete work."

"This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
noticed me filling my radiator with water!  We were thrilled with the

"Through Angie's list I contacted Greenfield construction company and met with Frank Fasolo. I had called Frank to look at my front steps which were beginning to crack and the brick work to loosen becoming unsightly and perhaps dangerous. After inspecting the steps Frank recommended not repairing but to replace. I was in full agreement with this and Frank gave me an estimate that I felt was fair and within the price range that I had anticipated. Frank arrived promptly and on time on the day we had agreed upon to start the work. As the demolition progress it was discovered that at the time of the original installation of the existing stairs the contractor had failed to protect the building with flashing. This failure caused the building and the supporting studs to become rotted and presented a dangerous situation which in the end would have caused an area of the front entrance way to collapse. Frank immediately took all necessary steps to repair and replace where necessary all the rotted wood and then installed flashing and took other steps to protect the building in the future. The additional work required us to negotiate additional costs which was fair and within reason. The stairs and walkway were then built in a workmanship manner. All work done by Frank was done in a very professional manner and all cleanup was done to my satisfaction.
Throughout the entire experience I found Frank and his worker to be friendly outgoing and extremely pleasant people to do business with. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone who might be interested in any construction or building project. Frank was very helpful in finding a very capable ironworker to replace the hand rails and in following up to ensure that this work was done properly. Despite the difficulties we encountered when demolishing the old stairs, Frank's experience and assuring attitude kept me at ease.

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "There were two men who worked on our project, one senior member and one assistant. They did a clean and efficient job switching out the old leaky faucet for a new one we bought from Home Depot. They removed the disposal unit as well and replaced the rusty and worn drain pipe and tubing with new ones. The job took the better part of two hours in a pretty confined space under the kitchen sink. We are very satisfied with their work a month later."
