First was George who was so honest and advised that most of the proposed work was not necessary providing us substantial savings and then Jerry who did the actual installation was professional, clean, removed all the debris and took the time to explain everything to us. "Mr. Graf came to the house to install a new sump pump. He ended up not only installing the pump but replacing the inside pipes and then having to dig outside in mud to get rid of the tree roots and replace the outside drain. The job went from just installing a pump to digging out pre-existing drain pipes which no longer functioned correctly. He would not leave until it was perfect. Also the cost was extremely reasonable for all the unexpected work he had to do. He also came on short notice in order to make the repairs before a storm came. There was no "extra" charge for this emergency repair. Mr. Graf is a professional with a strong work ethic and takes tremendous pride in his work. He is also punctual and pleasant to deal with."
