"Sloppy it's the word I would use. I noticed a pipe near the hwh was not connected to the pan. I called to have them come back. Over a week later a guy came out. He staggered a lot. Kinda worried me. He looked at it and said there was a part missing and he would order it. I know you can get it at home depot. He was putting me off longer. I'd almost bet money they never follow up.
