"Service man was prompt, professional. Said if he needed to come back for additional work when the central air systme was being installed he would include the service charge into any additional charges.
I recommended this place to my (elderly) mother in law and she was exceptionally pleased with this service. It would have been easy for a dishonest repair person to have overcharged or performed unnecessary work.

"We wanted to remodel our newly purchased condo but didn't think we'd be able to afford all the projects we had in mind because of the limitations of our budget. A couple of local contractors in Gulf Shores had estimated a minimum cost of $40,000. We contacted Help-Around-the-House based on favorable Angie's List reviews and found that they more than live up to their great reputation. Dan Parks and his team worked closely with us from start to finish, not only helping us to stay within our budget but also coming up with ideas that were better than what we originally had in mind. All of the work was of high quality, yet it was done amazing fast. We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result. "Everything went very smooth Steven and his crew were able to come in earlier than scheduled and knocked the job out quickly for adding power to my shop and was even able to take care of some last minute request without any problems.
