"Service man was prompt, professional.  Said if he needed to come back for additional work when the central air systme was being installed he would include the service charge into any additional charges. 
I recommended this place to my (elderly) mother in law and she was exceptionally pleased with this service.  It would have been easy for a dishonest repair person to have overcharged or performed unnecessary work.

"Third time wasn't a charm, unfortunately,
Immediately after Mr. Harvey left I turned on the overhead light, plugged in the vacuum and 'pop' goes the breaker for the master bedroom. And it kept happening.
So I left a voice mail message the next morning.
And afternoon.
And late afternoon.
And then an email through Angie's List.
No response for three days and unable to use anything electric in the master bedroom (computer, telephone, stereo, lights).
So I called South Baldwin Electrical and they were out within two hours.
Made a few adjustments in the three-pole wiring and everything is fine.

Still have the crooked closet light installation with the 2" gap between the base and the glass panes but I'll deal with that later.

All this could have been avoided if Mr. Harvey had responded to any of the messages.

"Technician was prompt and very knowledgably. He installed a new 50 amp outlet outside for my RV and made repairs inside for a breaker that had been tripping. He went beyond job scope checking all breakers for loose wires after finding the one that was causing the problem. He was timely and stayed under quoted price. "Awesome. Joe and his team are wonderful to work with. I've never seen contractors so dedicated to getting things right, ensuring your satisfaction and giving 100% every day. Joe's team showed up on time (a few minutes early) every day for a week. They worked extremely hard at least 8 hours every day, were meticulous with their work and went above and beyond. We found a lot of issues under our vinyl, windows with no backer board, missing tyvek in a lot of places, no caulk around windows, we had mold, rotten and very wet boards (headers, plywood etc.), mold going to the drywall in spots and all sorts of issues. The guys replaced and repaired every issue and only went a day and a half over schedule considering all of the additional repairs they discovered and had to account for.
