Not only did they address what I originally called for, but also pointed out additional roof maintenance that required attention. Communications were timely, and work was scheduled and done on time as communicated. They did what they said they would, when they said would, pricing was reasonable too. "

Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience."
