"Upon arrival, the tech immediately donned gloves and booties so that he didn't mess up our carpet or ceiling.  He spent an hour and a half inspecting every inch of our duct work, and even invited my husband to join him in the attic to see what he had found.  He found a place where the duct had not been properly connected, which was causing a lot of the reduced airflow.  He also brought up a number of other problems that could be reducing airflow, and gave us a quote for fixing those.  Just what he did at the first appointment seems to have fixed our immediate problem, but we will definitely be calling them in the future for any HVAC needs.  The tech was very knowledgeable and personable.
