"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

The first appointment was Mon 12/8 between 12?4 PM. I replied YES, stayed home, and waited. No technician, no call, no update. They rescheduled for Fri 12/19, also between 12?4 PM. Again I confirmed, cleared my day, and waited. I even called around 7 PM and was told the technician was still ?on the way.? No one ever showed. Two confirmed appointments. Two complete no-shows. Zero communication. Hours of my time wasted. If a customer missed a confirmed appointment, there would be fees ? yet they ghost customers without notice. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect. I strongly recommend choosing another provider unless you?re prepared to waste full days waiting."
