Old Castle Home Design Center was started with the aspiration of becoming the best design and renovation company in Eastern and Southeastern areas. Since that time our office has reworked and redeveloped the perception of architectural design as well as new methods of building renovation to restore the artistic aspect of architectural design back to the community. For years, many factors caused architectural design to stagnate, especially in the residential field. Old Castle Home Design Center has been one of only a handful of local design firms that pushes the limits of design and creativity with a vision toward the future. We have developed an experienced and educated team to provide our clients with the best possible design for the individual needs of their project. This means so much more than floors, walls, and a roof. To become the best, we understand that our clients' satisfaction is paramount. This can only be achieved through great attention to details. We feel beauty is gained through well proportioned and graceful detailed structures and interiors. "Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."

"Rob was absolutely the best plumber we've used to date. We had 3 plumbers try to repair our water heater, all with incorrect information and incredibly expensive fixes. On a Saturday afternoon I called to leave a voicemail (not anticipating a reply), only to have Rob pick up the phone and help me fix (for free) the problem with the water heater (navigated it using pictures I sent). Again, he did this without even a visit or wanting a payment, just to be kind. Even after that, he texted randomly a few days later to make sure we still had hot water. He also knew what the other 3 plumbers did not and helped us with our issue. When we had to replace the water heater a month later, he was incredibly professional, on time, covid safe, and made sure we were up-to-speed. He even further fixed other small issues without charge. To say Rob is classy is an understatement and I could not recommend his expertise and company more!"

"A shower leak welcomed me home from a New Year’s vacation with a large stain on the ceiling in the living room and an unusable shower in the primary bathroom. Several weeks later after a back and forth with my insurance company I was able to get the bathroom and ceiling repaired! Enter my friends at BDM Residential Remodeling They came in, found all of the trouble especially after the insurance adjuster didn’t even look up into the ceiling and worked with me to fix all of the previous problems and give me a bathroom that’s magazine ready! Bret Mellen Jennifer Reisman Slutzky and the entire BDM team were easy to work with, professional and went out of their way to listen to me and give me the bathroom of my dreams.
