"I had Boris, a technician from Mr. V come out and repair our Samsung Refrigerator. Boris was very professional, polite, and courteous. He was VERY knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also quite fast but thorough in making the needed repairs. He explained everything he was doing before the work as well as during the job.
