I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

We have hired a number of contractors in our day. Professional Home Improvement (PHI) is far and away the best company we have ever worked with. Can you trust the expert skills of the tradesmen your contractor assembles and whose activities they coordinate? Are you comfortable with their presence in your home? Do they consistently deliver value while onsite? We have shared our home with the tradesmen enlisted by Dennis & Jean for several months, throughout phases 1, 2, and 3.
