The crew supervisor came out on the next day, looked at the job and scheduled the siding replacement job and the painting on specific days and the crews appeared promptly and finished the job exactly as scheduled. The crews were very professional, did a good job, and left the work site very clean. The price is excellent and exactly what I was quoted. Apparently, the crew supervisor explained, they had run into significant problems on the job they were in the middle of (at the time mine was scheduled) which delayed my project and he was very apologetic. As this really was first experience working with contractors, I have learned that you can not really rely on them being precise in completing their work as scheduled. The timing is unpredictable. I had a lot going on with work that week and was not prepared for this lack of predictability! Live and learn."
