"Excellent work by Jorge and his carpenter building a new stairway on our deck and redoing the posts on our front porch to level and strengthen it. They the most inexpensive option, but they more than delivered on what had been promised. Jorge was an excellent communicator, clear about scheduling and always appeared exactly when he'd promised to. I'm late in posting this review, but the benefit of being late is that I can add that six months later we are still very pleased with their work and I would recommend them highly."

For a very reasonable price all work was completed in a completely satisfactory, courteous, and timely manner. David removed all waste materials and cleaned all areas. "I would recommend him and crewmen to even Kings and Queens . Benicio is a very honest, hard working and patient man. We hired the company to paint our deck. Gave him the deposit check. Two days later we started another project in the house. We called him and postponed the work for mid or late July. He didnâ t cash the check until he reached out to us in mid July to confirm that we will go forward as previously scheduled. Last weekend he came with his crew and painted the deck. We were amazed to see the care and respect they show. Although the yard is not cleaned as it is being worked on, they placed drop cloths all around the deck. They did a great job repairing the steps and painting the deck. They showed great respect to the property. They cleaned up very well before leaving. He is very honest hearted man. I We appreciated the fact that he is not money hungry. He sees people before profit. Something thatâ s very hard to find nowadays. Great Hob !!! We are very pleased."

"Dan did a fantastic job. He squared off the ripped-up drywall and insulation that a water remediation company had quickly ripped and run. He did this by hand cutting down on the dust that would have been kicked up by tools. He was very tidy and thorough. Paying attention to potential lead paint issues and testing before tearing up anything else in the house. He did an excellent job cutting out and replacing framing that had been damaged by carpenter ants and termites minimizing the collateral damage to the walls. I really appreciated his recommendations on other areas that I will need to repair like drywall, plaster and insulation. I will definitely hire Dan again for other work I need done around the house."

His workmanship was skilled and he did a great job with numerous small repairs, installed an under cabinet TV and patiently explained pros and cons of different repair options. "He came up with a better idea than I had, he added more support anchors and screws. He was very easy going and polite. Very neat, cleaned up after and he replaced and exterior thermostat that was attached to the old part of the deck. I would hire Eddi again."

"Osmin and his team did a great job replacing our triple-decker back porch. He worked with an architect, that he found, to make sure there were no variances required. This made the permitting process quicker. It was a tricky job because building codes have changed since the porch was first built."
