"Rob was fantastic. i had an 80yr old cast flange finally rot out at one on the slots. Called Rob, a rough estimate was provided and time of arrival established. He was early, well spoken and cleanly dressed. He applied boot covers as it was wet/snowy outside. He replaced the flange and poured a new joint, adding additional support by anchoring the flange to subfloor. This was not done previously but again the house is 80yrs old. We had purchased a new toilet and asked him to replace our old one with the new. This was not part of the scope of work, but he did so without complaining or trying to reschedule. He cleaned the area and it looked as it did when he arrived. Everything looks great! New toilet works great! No more wobbly toilet. Highly recommend his work."

My usual plumber was away and recommended I contact Local, which I did to my delight. He came when promised, troubleshot and replaced defective parts on my old system, and arranged for an electrician to come the next day to replace a defective relay (which was not available on a Sunday afternoon). He has been extremely helpful and capable and is full of integrity. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm an English major and words fail me. I feel as if I've gone back in time to an era when service mattered to those providing it as well as those receiving it."
