"I would highly recommend Absolute Floors for their excellent workmanship and customer service. From the first conversation, they were helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. They gave us great advice about our flooring options and helped us choose something that suited our home perfectly. The installation team worked efficiently and paid attention to every little detail. The finished floor looks absolutely brilliant and has made a huge difference to the room. Everyone involved was polite, respectful, and clearly committed to providing a high-quality result. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. Excellent company, excellent service, and excellent workmanship. Well done, Absolute Floors!"

"Tao is unbelievably great! He is professional, efficient, and fastidious, exactly what you want in a project of this scale. His workers were also fantastic. He does everything he says he'll do and more. Tao helped us coordinate movers to move our furniture into another section of our loft prior to the installation, and then back out when our beautiful floor had been completed. We had bought tiles for installation in the area just inside the front door, and his guys did that installation as well, also a fantastic job. They're as fastidious as he. We did not move out during the installation, and because of the pandemic we were inside almost all of the time. The crew did everything possible to make our lives comfortable during the work. I was amazed that it only took them 2.5 days to complete the job. They really have this process down. I would give Tao and his crew six stars if that were possible. I selected Taozen flooring on the basis of its excellent reviews on this site, but I was blown away by their exceeding my expectations. I'm recommending him to everyone!"

"Fantastic. I can't say enough about Ed and his installers. From the very beginning Ed has been patient through multiple iterations of the work needed done. As well as completely clear as the best way to achieve it. He never tried to oversell the project, in fact, he always was looking for ways to save us money. When it came time to finally install the flooring, which he allowed me to purchase myself and not through him, unlike some other vendors I got quotes from, his installers came on time when they said they would, were polite, professional, clean and efficient. They let us know ever step of the way if there was something that we should know or consider during the installation process so it was 100% to our liking and satisfaction. When finished they cleaned up after themselves, explain the best way to maintain the floors and answered any questions we had. We are completely pleased with the end product! I would hire Ed and New Coverings for any and all floor, stair installation without hesitating."

"They did a great job installing the vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards. They were true professionals. I highly recommend them for any of your home improvement needs. They do it all!"

"US Propaint and Renovation did a great job to make our kitchen bigger, install new flooring to bring everything to one level and refinish the existing flooring to make everything blend together seamlessly. It was Jr, who was the manager of the project. He knew what to do and he coordinated teams specializing in carpentry, painting, floor installation and floor refinishing. There were no delays. Very happy with bigger kitchen and beautiful floor ! Thank you very much!"

"Gil was terrific. Was on time for appt, pointed out some other problems due to no flashing when deck installed, and sent quote for replacement of door and frame, installing flashing, and bracing support beam. Work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional and efficient."

"I had all flooring in my 1000 sq ft townhouse replaced with engineered hardwood and tile in one bathroom. Results speak for themselves! Work was finished in the time estimated. Dalia was fantastic to work with from the first meeting! She was super helpful in making the flooring choices and deciding which way the planks would run (which I hadn't put much thought into) Very communicative during the entire process. Made sure everything was the way I wanted. Very reasonable pricing and I paid what was originally quoted. *Painting in photos done separately by CertaPro Painters of Woburn"

"Van Floor Services did an amazing job! He arrived on time, early and worked the entire day. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I had two previous floors that needed to be removed in my kitchen. He did a beautiful job and we are very thankful for his work and professionalism. Thank you."

"Joe did an excellent job installing the carpet in our stairwell. He shared his legitimate concern about our choice of carpet, and actually showed us an example of why it was not the best choice. He could've said nothing, did the install, and left with the money. But instead, he helped us pick out a new carpet. He was able to return the next day, and had the new carpet in hand. Very Professional service with great quality. Thanks Joe"

"Manny and his terrific team installed hardwood in our living room addition. Everyone comments on how seamless the room is between the old and new room, and this is due to the gorgeous floors they created by adding, sanding and finishing. Just beautiful!"
