"I highly recommend Archadeck of Central Maine. The carpenter, Garret, except for a few hours on the first carpentry day and the entire last day, worked on this by himself. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!"

He and his crew also demonstrated the same high-quality care and workmanship. He determined the trusses were still good and didn't take pay until he felt the job was completed to high standards down to the protective trim. "Work was done satisfactorily……workers were good and honest . Owner is a liar and fraudulent . Promises made and not kept . A three week project took 6 months to complete . And the whole scope of the project was never completed……..His cost of materials estimates were doubled and we were deceived throughout . Money added to all materials and labor costs way above the norm . Owner proved to be arrogant and untrustworthy . Unfortunately we trusted him and didn’t check into his dealings until it was too late . He denies any responsibility and has no transparency……..a very poor choice on our part . Don’t make the same mistake we did …….verify all charges and dealings with this man ."
