"Owner visited house to assess job and give me price. We made appointment to fit my schedule. He phoned ahead on day of service. He arrived first, followed by truck with two workers. I asked if soap being used was biodegradable, and would not harm my shrubs. It was biodegradable. Power washing is done with warm water and soap, provided by his truck. (I provided water only.) Therefore, there was no need for overly aggressive power washing spray, which can damage siding. His method is excellent. Can't tell you enough how impressed I am with the job. House looks brand new! Mold and mildew from siding and white aluminum trim, especially, are gone. Green algae gone. (He did my slate front steps, too.) Gentle Giant provides a wonderful service. Five stars.
